Looking to transfer my 6 month lease to a new tenant. Lease ends August 31st. Available to move in on April 15th (ideally) or May 1st. Big room in the basement of a house right in the middle of Fernwood & North Park. 15 minute walk downtown and a 10 minute bus ride to Camosun and uVic. Very convenient location! Located on the corner of Cook and Bay. $700 for rent utilities not included. $25 for internet. Furnished with bed, 2 dressers, a vanity mirror and big office space. Lots of storage! Roommates are very friendly and like to go out. If you are a couple and like to move in it’d be and extra $200. Let me know if you are interested!
