I am subletting my 1 bedroom furnished apartment for 1 or 2 months between December and February. You can pick which months. About me: I'm a 33 year old working professional. I like music, gardening, hiking and snowboarding. I've lost work due to covid19 and am subletting to save some money. My work is going to pick up again in March which is when I'd like to be back living in my apartment. My space: The James at Harbour Towers https://jamesbayliving.com/ Steps from the Victoria Harbour & 10 minute to downtown, ocean, beaconhill park, fisherman's wharf, and more. 500 sqft - 2nd floor located in courtyard which is outside of the main building. There is an easy outside entrance where you never have to use an elevator. Building includes gym, games room, & Pool (pool has yet to open due to covid19). Rent is $1475 / month (this is what I pay) plus internet. I will cover the additional water & hydro fees.
