We are looking for an experienced Residential Manager with the skills, abilities and personality to provide services and supports which respect and maintain the individuals' spirit, dignity and individuality. The manager would be responsible for the daily operation and leadership of the service ensuring that it complies with all Licensing and Accreditation standards. This successful applicant should have experience in community social services; previous management training/experience is an asset. Must have a clear criminal record check, current First Aid/CPR certificate and valid Driver's License. We provide a generous benefit package, pension plan and competitive remuneration.
