AABB Homecare Services is growing and looking for people just like you! Our team is looking for people who lead with kindness, embody patience, and receive satisfaction when helping a child smile. Families with children who have special needs are looking for the peace of mind you can bring because they know their child will have fun and be safe going out into the community, a kind and gentle soul can inspire learning of life skills. Sometimes we sing songs, sometimes we practice sounds. Sometimes we visit special places, sometimes we learn about far-away ones. Sometimes we help deliver a child's Individual Education Plan in conjunction with their homeschooling schedule. Child-led and parent-supported, AABB listens and works toward the best environment we can create for both the children and the workers. Are you an independent BI, and/or are providing respite on your own already? We'd love to hear from you! When you work with AABB, you are a FULL EMPLOYEE with wages and accrued holiday. We handle the scheduling. We handle the payments. You handle the learning and fun. Wage: $18 to $22/hour, depending on experience.
