AVAILABLE APRIL 15th. Welcome! If you are looking for a place for a 1-6 month stay, this might be the right place for you! Fully furnished spacious 1 bedroom garden access suite. The bedroom offers a plush king sized bed. The open concept living room is equipped with cable TV and plenty of seating. The bathroom has a stall shower ( no bathtub) and plenty of storage. Fully stocked kitchen. And dining area plus breakfast bar! The suite is suitable for 2 people but we will consider children depending on ages and length of stay. Included in the rental is cleaning every two weeks to do a deep clean, however we expect our guests to keep the suite clean and tidy. All Cleaning products provided. Fresh linens will be provided weekly. No laundry on site, but a full and self serve laundromat only 3 blocks away. About us: We are a busy family of 3 plus a 3 year old pup. We work and play during the day but like it quiet at night. We will respect the hours of quiet (10pm-7am) that we expect our guests to adhere to as well. This is a non-smoking/vaping property.
