Spa Receptionist

Pure Day Spa is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Spa Receptionist - a leader of first impressions! Our boutique and spa is located at Mattick's Farm in Cordova Bay. We are looking for a naturally caring, attentive and personable person, who understands the importance of exceptional client service. Responsibilities and Duties * Answer telephone and walk-in queries and greet clients promptly and professionally * Schedule appointments for individuals and large groups efficiently and upsell when appropriate * Promote/sell available services and skincare products * Process client payments for spa services and retail sales * Assist clients with spa, treatment and retail information * Maintain cleanliness of spa * Other duties as required. Our ideal candidate must: * Consistently offer friendly, engaging and professional service * Have an excellent phone manner * Have a positive, caring and helpful attitude * Be a team player * Maintain focus and calm in a fast-paced environment * Be able to make decisions and problem solve * Have a flexible schedule and MUST be available to work weekends when needed * Have previous customer service and sales experience * Have an eye for what needs to be done.
