A lovely room (small) in a 2 bedroom condo in the most charming neighborhood in downtown is available. The condo is executive style and is full of beautiful sunshine as it has a lot of windows. In addition to your own private room, you can fully enjoy the condo's large living room, balcony with view of mountains, kitchen and all the amenities. I also have 4 K HDTV with XBox and PS and PS Virtual Reality game systems. The condo has Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer. It is near View St. & Blanshard St. intersection. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood; at the same time, you are close to everything. The grocery store is only 1 block away. I also have a car if you need rides to grocery store or other places. The room is furnished. You can really live your life to the fullest and take advantage of all the cultural and social activities and events that downtown has to offer. I am a male Chartered Professional Accountant in my thirties and am pretty friendly, clean and easygoing person. My preference is for female roommate as I am looking for hassle-free, easygoing roommate and I have lived with a lot of female roommates in the past and got along very well with them. The landlord wants me to rent the room to only responsible and trustworthy full time working person/ student (in twenties and thirties) who is looking for some peace and quiet (If you got laid off due to current slowdown, it will be okay). No Drugs (weed might be okay), pets, parking or party. A cat might be okay. Limited guest access as I have a lot of confidential work documents sometimes at home. There is a bike rack and small storage is possible. My previous roommate went home due to current slowdown. The rent is only $ 490. I am relatively new to Victoria.
