You are a skilled maintenance worker who brings a wealth of experience and we are TPM Properties a property management company AND a great place to work! You bring the following skills to TPM Properties so we can continue to offer the very best to our tenants and building owners: * Minor Plumbing (installation of appliances, taps, etc) * Light Electrical (change out lights/fixtures etc) * Carpentry (cabinets, decks, doors, finishing) * Painting/Drywall * Flooring Installation and Removal * Pressure Washing * Minor Gutter Cleaning * Fence Repairs * Lock Repairs/Replacements As well, you can work with limited supervision and are comfortable interacting with our tenants and/or owners while in our properties. You will need a reliable car and your own tools!
