We are looking for a full-time experienced Skilled General Construction Labourer to provide support to a small but high performing ground crew. This may be you... Description of Duties 1. Responsible for participating in the production of projects on budget and on schedule *Organizing tools and materials to complete jobs efficiently *Accountable to the Crew Chief 2. Responsible to maintain a 9/10 quality score by following directions of the Crew Chief to complete the project as described in the work order *Inform the Crew Chief regarding any customer interactions *Communicate with everyone in a professional and polite manner 3. Responsible to adhere to all Administrative Policies *Maintain and update accurate data in payroll time clock software *Accurately follow all purchasing procedures Skills & Requirements, You: *Have a valid BC Driver's License *Able to stay focused and motivated to finish tasks immediately, leaving a polished and professional final product *Believe in telling the truth, while doing the right thing *Are friendly, generous and considerate of others *Have at least 5 years general construction experience *Are able to use hand tools, read tape measures and have an affinity for an organized work site *Physically able to do strenuous physical labour for up to 8 hrs Compensation: A great place to work with great pay in a competitive market. $25 - $30 /hr (DOE) Follow this link to join our pod: https://orcamasonry.com/join-our-pod/
