Sign Shop - Graphics Artist

Job Description Based in Langford, Tran Sign has been manufacturing signs since 1948. Tran Sign is a full service custom sign shop servicing the commercial sign market throughout the greater Victoria area. We require a full-time person responsible for all phases of Sign Design. Experience in sign layout is an asset but training will be given to right applicant. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Communicate with customer to establish their needs * Works collaboratively with Design and Production team * Experience with vinyl application is an asset * Use large format digital print. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: * Must have experience and working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photo Shop. * Valid BC Drivers' License * Excellent communication skills, customer service, task-management, organization & attention to detail. * Team Player. * Exceptional attention to detail. * Client-focused; ability to interact in a positive manner with a variety of personalities. * Willingness to learn. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently to achieve results. * Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. * Resourceful and tech savvy.
