Hi There. I own a 3 bedroom house in downtown Sidney and would like to rent out one of the rooms. I use the 3rd one for storage. The rental room can be furnished or unfurnished. Price includes all utilities, laundry and internet. New big well equipped kitchen. Plus I have a small amount of storage space if needed. Street parking only and a small pet is negotiable. Smoking outside only. Sorry I dont do cable. Available for Aug. 1st.
