This is a furnished three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 1650 sq foot home on a cul-de-sac. Bedding, towels, linens and kitchen utensils are included. There is a queen bed in the Master Bedroom and double beds in the other two bedrooms. Although there is level access to the main floor, the bedrooms are located upstairs, and unfortunately it will not suit someone with limited mobility. The house is located close to public transit and an easy drive to Downtown, UVic and Camosun. It is in pristine condition, with many amenities such as walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom, granite countertops in the kitchen and washer/dryer. There is an 8x10 storage shed for bikes etc. Rental period available is January 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets. Utilities and high speed internet are included. There is no smoking on the property, neither cigarettes nor marijuana. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME OF THE ACCOMPANYING PHOTOS ARE FROM PREVIOUS OCCUPANTS AND ARE ONLY INTENDED TO DESCRIBE THE LAYOUT OF THE PROPERTY.
