Alpine Group is a family owned and operated company based out of Langford, B.C. We are currently looking for a Manager for our Marine Division. We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service who takes pride in their work. Responsibilities: *Oversee the Marine Sales & Service Departments *Service writing, part sourcing, ordering, and inventory *Overseeing and managing all aspects of scheduling, and day to day operations *Plans and coordinates all jobs, reporting directly to the CEO *Communication with customers on expectations and making sure expectations are mutually understood and met. *Completes final invoicing, accepting, posting, and reconciling payments *Responsible for all mechanics in ensuring they have proper work orders and productivity Qualifications: *Experience in the marine industry required *The ability to take control, problem solve, and build and maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors, and management *Exceptional computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft office and service software's *Organizational skills and attention to detail *The ability to work well under pressure This position will be a salary, plus commission and profit sharing based.
