Hi. My name is Jeff. I have a small shop where I do car repairs and body repairs and also store one or two of my own vehicles but after a couple of years the landlord has decided to do something else with the building and I need to find a new location. I'm running out of time and I definitely need to find something soon. I'm looking for a garage or shop space suitable for what I do. I work 4 to 5 days a week in my shop doing body repair on customer vehicles and also work on my own projects. I would need space for at least two cars in the garage or shop and would need access on a daily basis. Please contact me if you have anything or know of anyone that has a garage or shop for rent. I would be a good long-term tenant and I take good care of the property and building that I'm currently in so I will do the same for my new landlord. I have references.
