$1,500,000 · Shawnigan Lake Waterfront Wanted to Purchase

We're looking to purchase a Shawnigan Lake waterfront property. We're cash buyers and can close quickly. We won't use an agent, but will work with yours if you want that comfort level. Properties with or without an existing structure is fine. Divable deep water off the dock is a necessity. No Island properties, properties with the railroad right of way impeding access, cross road properties or properties perched roadside on either side of the lake please. We'll pass on the Worthington lands too. Preference given to the northern tier of the lake, the north side of the arm, (no more than about half way down) but we'll look at all possibilities. We've owned a number of properties on Shawnigan in the past and have custom built before. We're VERY familiar with the lake.
