Takes about 10-15 min walk to Uvic. Bus #27 across the street to go downtown. All the amenities on Shelbourne plaza such as banks, fast food restaurants, Fairways market are within walking distance (2-3 min). I am looking for someone who needs a place Sun evening- Friday noon (5 days). Preferably a working professional or a grad student. I am looking for a quiet, respectful and tidy person. Preferably light cooking. No smoking, drugs or pets I am a quiet, respectful, working male in mid 30’s. I work in healthcare. I cook lightly, no pungent smells. Will have to sign a roommate agreement. References preferred, but not required. Month to month with security deposit 1/2 month.
