Service Advisor - Campus Infiniti
Campus Infiniti is looking for an experienced Service Advisor.
This full time position will mainly be comprised of interaction with customers, so excellent people skills are a must. You will work with and support our Service and Parts teams to ensure that work orders are accurate, processed efficiently and properly.
Applicants should have previous experience as a Service Advisor. Outstanding customer service skills are mandatory. Working knowledge with dealer software will be considered a strong asset. Having a good mechanical background or knowledge will be very beneficial in this position.
*Previous Service Advisor experience, minimum one year in a busy dealership setting is preferred
*Working knowledge and experience using PBS dealer software (preferred)
*The ability to work in a demanding team environment
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
*The ability to be customer focused and to make sure that all customer needs are fulfilled
*Valid driver's license and a good driving record
