Hi we are looking for a kind hearted, friendly female living in the western communities, to help support our 81 year old mother with dementia who lives independently in our basement suite. Mom loves to listen to country music, doing puzzles (with assistance), colouring, and playing crib (with assistance) . The hours would be 4:00pm - 8:00pm two days per week. (you can pick the days) In this time we would like a person to engage in an activity with her. To get her up walking. (in suite or on property) Have tea and conversation:) Some very light house keeping (dishes) and get mom ready for bed in the evening. No meal prep that will be done.
