Senior Dental Receptionist / Office Lead (boutique dental office)

OVERVIEW Boutique general practice dental office in Victoria seeking a positive, energetic, and motivated senior dental receptionist / office manager to join our collaborative team. We are a vibrant growing practice and get consistent feedback that we are a supportive, friendly, skilled and fun place to work. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE As the right candidate, you have at least 3 years experience in a similar dental receptionist position in a dental office, including some duties appropriate for a dental office manager. You have a positive attitude, strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, and love being part of a team that looks after each other. You provide excellent treatment planning/education with a focus on patient care and experience. You understand and navigate Exan well, and have sound knowledge of dental terminology and dental office procedures. You are skilled and very competent in navigating insurance/pre-auths/claims/billing. You are proactive, dedicated and take initiative to improve practices. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES You would be a critical part of our leadership team, and proud to be responsible for an efficient and smoothly running office. We are a digital office.
