Mature Semi-retired couple looking to rent a house, trailer, duplex or private suite etc. in the CRD area. Husband has carpentry/reno trade skills. Both husband and wife have landscaping/gardening skills. Would prefer something out of town, in the surrounding area of Victoria/Sooke/Westshore/Peninsula/Malahat but will consider all possibilities. Also looking in the Cowichan valley area as well as Port Alberni. Excellent references, long term tenants for many years. Are able to do repairs and maintenance on dwelling etc. and able to keep property looking tidy. Reason for needing to move is that the current landlord where we are is having family move in, so we have to move out. We have no pets.
