Semi enclosed basement suite available till July 31st. Only has a kitchenette. Sink, toaster oven and hot plate - no full sized oven. Fairly unfurnished, does not include the bed in the picture. Might be able to get a bed if necessary. Semi enclosed, because upstairs needs access through the hallway to access the laundry. The rest of the downstairs has doors and is all private. Right by mount doug, close to the beach. $900 + utilities. $9 internet, average $10 hydro/month. Oil heat and water varies. Single occupancy preferred, but will consider a couple for $1000 + utilities.
