$10,000 · Seeking phase two marketing capital

Hello. I am seeking either a personal loan with high interest return or share investment in a product I have already created. (The Coat Hanger Book). Initial sales of this product were excellent and I have just launched a new website (www.thecoathangerbook.com) offering both the original printed version and now the full colour eBook version. Because of the nature of the product I am forecasting online sales to be several million dollars. Your investment will give you a percentage ownership of the brand or a percentage of online sales depending on whether we structure a 'loan' or 'investment' up to 20,000$ or in 5,000$ increments thereof.
