As of March 1st, I will have 1 bedroom available for rent in my 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment in James Bay and will am looking for a roommate! I should note this isn't a temporary sublet, so this space is available both for the spring time and beyond! On the crossroads of Michigan and Oswego in James Bay, this ground floor suite is spacious and a lovely homebase only minutes walk to multiple grocery stores and the ocean. Right across the street from bus stop. The building is well-kept and hot water and heat are included in the price. Relatively new stove, the building has parking and bike lockers available. Unfortunately, not a furry pet friendly building so puppers and kittens need not apply 😞 A little blurb about me, I'm a 28 year old working fulltime as the sous chef at the Blue Fox cafe, so you don't have to worry about loud noise or late nights from me. You're more likely to catch me playing a little music, reading, curling, gardening, or nerding out to some D&D.
