Hello,

I'm seeking a dedicated creative space for my art projects. I'll need a space with the following requirements:

- Access to water/bathroom
- Site must be secure
- Electricity
- Be able to make noise (not to much, maybe a palm sander and scroll saw)
- Must be able to work with resin and spray paint (smelly substances)
- have reasonable day light but not totally required if there is power options
- prefer to have 24/7 access or from 7am-3am 7 days a week however.. I am flexible..I just want to work on art when I'm not working my day job..

Prefer innercity location but open to other areas. Budget is $400 per month
