Looking for a female roommate! One bedroom, with your own private bathroom in a new two bedroom condo, available starting May 1. Condo is located near Mayfair mall. I am a 25 year old professional female and would be occupying the other bedroom and bathroom. I work full time and have a non shedding miniature golden doodle. He is super friendly, so I am in search of a dog lover for a roommate. I am very clean and friendly as well. I would prefer a young female roommate so we can become friends. I enjoy hosting paint nights and just hanging out watching tv. This condo is modern and beautiful overlooking a park in a quiet neighbourhood. As mentioned, you would occupy the second bedroom as well as your own bathroom. The kitchen, living room, balcony and laundry would be shared with me. This is a new condo, so I am looking for a roommate who is respectful and clean. It is a non smoking place. The rent would be $1100/month including utilities and water. The bedroom will come with white corner shelves (seen in photo) as well as a nightstand. There is tons of street parking out front of the building.
