Searching for a place for September

Hello, my names Shelby and I'm looking for a rental in Langford or Victoria for September first. I'm moving from the Cowichan Valley. A little about me I'm twenty-five and have lived on my own for the last seven years. I have never been late on rent and promise to continue paying on time. I work in the service industry and spend my free time hiking and going to the gym. I'm looking for a place that is pet friendly as I have a medium sized dog. When I'm not working she is with me. She comes with references from past landlords as well as neighbours. She is a bully breed I'm mentioning that here as I know some people are uncomfortable with her breed. I'm hoping to find a suite or apartment that will accommodate us. I do have my own vehicle, so I am hopeful to find somewhere with its own parking but understand that in the city often only on street parking is available. In suite laundry is always a bonus. I'm a fairly social person but not a partier. If anything, my three best friends will come over for girls' nights, where we watch 80's rom coms and drink wine. I as well as my fur child come with excellent references by request. I am open to the idea of a roommate situation but would want to meet the person first and see if our personalities match. My budget depends on the type of accommodation. For a bachelor suite or one bedroom I could do 600-1000 depending on the space and similarly the same for a home share. If you have a two or three bedroom place I'd be happy to rent the whole space and sublease the extra rooms. Additionally, if you have a place without a full access kitchen but have a fridge and allow hot plates I am open to that. If you have a place coming available in the next few months, I would love to hear from you. My move in date is flexible so if it's not for September first I'm still interested in hearing about it! I am looking for a long term home and more than happy to sign a year lease. It's time for this small-town girl to move to the city.
