$700 · SWF looking for a room or a roomate to share 2 bdr

Hello. I am a 43 yr old SWF (no baggage is what I mean, not looking for a companion ) I am in need of a room to rent or a 2 bedroom apartment and a roommate. I work in Sidney and I do not drive. So I need to stay within walking distance to my place of work. The buses do NOT run when I am required to be at work. I'm quiet and easy to get along with. I don't drink. I don't party or have parties. I want a quiet stable home, and a roommate of the same description. Most units do no allow animals so I tend not to say anything because I need my cat for my own mental health. He is a therapeutic cat to me. I'm 420 friendly or not.
