My fully self-contained and furnished suite (with garden patio) directly faces Beacon Hill Park, is a block from Cook Street Village and a 10 minute walk to either the Inner Harbour/Downtown core or Dallas Road beachfront.

This is a dog inclusive building. Your K9 companion will be considered (please provide details when inquiring).

Cost: $600/week [2-3 weeks] $525/week [4 or more weeks]
Security/Damage Deposit: $300
Minimum Cleaning fee: $70 (+20 for a resident dog) Extra cleaning if required @ $35/hour

**Minimum 1 week rental (Sunday after 4pm - Sunday 10 am) for locals, 2 weeks for anyone arriving from other than Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands**

COVID protocols: Suite is meticulously "steam" cleaned/ sanitized. Guests must agree to not having guests or social gatherings in the unit during their stay and to be following orders from our Provincial Health Officer.

Your host is a Certified Executive Coach, Mindfulness Teacher, Family Caregiver and Certified HeartMath practitioner with lived traumatic and occupational stress recovery experience. Employed in mental health services and a former Hospice volunteer.
