Engineering For Kids® brings STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) to children through a variety of fun and engaging hands-on learning experiences that encourages creativity, collaboration, problem solving, and critical thinking. Our summer camps include a balanced mix of hands-on building engineering or technology (MinecraftEDU, LEGO Robotics, 3D Design and Printing, Coding) themed projects, games, active play, and trips to playgrounds and swimming pools. S.T.E.M Camp Leaders work in teams of two to deliver week-long themed camps for our Junior (age 5.5-8 years) and Apprentice (age 8-13 years) Engineers. Camp Leaders are responsible for presenting S.T.E.M curriculum to campers in fun and engaging ways, in an environment that is inclusive and safe. Camp Leaders may also work directly with volunteers and facility staff, perform daily and weekly camp and administrative tasks, and will act as the primary contact and representative for Engineering For Kids during camp.
