SPA COORDINATOR / ESTHETICIAN

Are you looking to work with lovely people in a peaceful setting? We are looking for someone who has outstanding customer service skills and is quick to learn new things. Job description is to include * Preparing the Spa environment to function for the day with including but not limited to; room set up, cleaning duties, laundry duties and prepping the stations. * Being the person responsible for the customer experience on the phone and responding to messages during the day * Assisting the staff throughout the day with client needs, room prep ect * Creating and keeping track of our client records, inputting data into our computer system * Learning products and being able to make recommendations accordingly ( training is provided) Any applicant that also qualifies as an esthetician will also be performing services and working in the spa as a team member. Following the mission and the vision of the spa, creating a memorable and comfortable experience for our clients, learning new services and products. Our spa has many features to offer our new team member; including a loyal client base, a small intimate setting where we see a lot of familiar faces, updated training, high end technologies, results driven product lines to work with, and a beautiful work environment with a caring team. We also host fun events and have a strong social media presence. The hours are flexible, some evenings and weekends are required. Pay will be based on experience and skills. For estheticians, we offer a base + commission structure, so you can earn as much as you like. If you do no not have esthetics experience, the spa coordinator position may be filled with out that.
