The 2nd Annual SHINE Fashion Tea takes place on Sunday February 3, 2019 at Fairmont Empress Hotel from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. The pre-tea Social Mixer happens in the historic Palm Court, and the Fashion Tea takes places in the adjacent iconic Crystal Ballroom. This is no ordinary afternoon tea!
