We are a semi retired couple looking to rent our suite from Sept 1- June 1. Move in and move out dates are negotiable. The suite is clean and cozy with a recently installed gas fireplace. We are situated steps to the Galloping Goose trail, Swan Lake bird sanctuary, the #6 + #26 bus routes and a short distance to UVic and Camosun. The suite comes with all utilities, wifi, shared laundry and 1 parking spot. We are looking to rent to a single person who is quiet, responsible and dog friendly. Sorry no couples!
