We're a married couple with a 9 year old daughter and we would like to share our home with a female student studying at Royal Roads University. Our well-maintained home is in Colwood Lake subdivision directly across from the RRU campus. Our back gate opens onto the popular Galloping Goose Regional Trail that travels from downtown Victoria all the way to Sooke. So you can walk or cycle to the campus in just minutes, or you can drive (we have ample parking if you have a car). We have both grown up in Colwood and are familiar with the area and know lots about how to get around and enjoy our beautiful community. We have a Golden Retriever pup. So you must love dogs! As we love all animals, a pet is negotiable. We are also only a 3 minute walk to the Westshore Town Centre which has all amenities and bus stops are very close too. We are looking for a mature female student that wants to share a safe, clean family home with us. Smoking is allowed outside, but we prefer not to have alcohol or drugs consumed or stored on the property as we have a young child. Your room has a locking door, super comfortable bed with all fresh linens. There is lots of storage in the room with additional space elsewhere for bulkier items (like luggage). You will have your own bathroom with toilet and sink and you'll just need to share the main bathroom with the other gals for a bath or shower. Hubby has his own bathroom off the bedroom. You have free access to all areas of the house except our private bedrooms. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. You just provide your own food.
