This set is classic English transferware with some hand tinting. This pattern was a revival of a pattern that was made by the company in the mid 1800' s, this set was produced in the second run between 1934 and 1964. The plates have brown Royal Doulton back stamp. The set will be a great addition to any vintage china collection or perhaps upsize your existing service. Sweet MCM mid-century set has stood the test of time. Gorgeous retro print that suits today's decors with its floral centre and brown dot rim on cream background. Made in England. The set is in good estate condition with no chips, cracks, stains or crazing that seem noteworthy.
