$775 · Roommate needed

Soooo I’m in some serious need of a new roommate! My old roommate is leaving beginning of July and the girl who was going to move in backed out! It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bath carriage house( so avove landlord garage). One parking spot in front of the house rest is in the street. I’m a 19 (almost 20 js) I work full time downtown so the house is usually pretty empty! I’m pretty easy going and would give you the space you need or become a new friend! Rent is 775 a month. For everything, all we pay for is internet. The lease is up in February but if you like the house you can take over the lease for another year and you can bring in who ever you like or take it for yourself!!
