Available ASAP Looking for a roommate for my fourth floor corner unit with lots of natural light. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished if needed. The unit has in suite laundry and full kitchen including a dishwasher. There is also a good sized balcony. Water and WiFi included. 50% of Hydro. Bill amount is dependent on usage Very close to goldstream village. Walking distance from shops, grocery store, restaurants and pubs. There is also a dog park at the end of the street. Close to #50 bus route as well. I am in my mid 20s and work full time in the evenings, so I'm up late (midnight). Outside of work I have an active lifestyle with my 2year old GSD, though on rainy days we've been caught binging Netflix. I'm tidy and environmentally conscious. A little about him - he spends most of his time napping or playing in the living room while I'm at work. Given the chance he will bring you every toy in his bin. He is guarded at first, but if you play with him once you've earned his love! He is a love bug but not a big snuggler, and he will definitely help you clean up dinner! He's very good with other dogs so a small dog will be considered, 30lb max(building regulations) Absolutely no cats Ideally I'm looking for a nonsmoker and someone with similar lifestyle, interests and schedule. Also an animal lover who understands living with a large dog, it's like having an extra roomie. I will not respond to "is this available" messages. Tell me a little about yourself.
