$800 · Roommate need at uptown area

I have an one bedroom on my two bedroom condo is vacant from Jan 7, 2019 onward, and would like to welcome a roommate to share the accommodation. Absolutely ready by Feb 1, but can move in earlier if preferred. The place is at Uptown area beside the highway on the other side of the fire station. The place is furnished, but only have a bed in the room that is for rent. Semi-private bathroom which means it's all your unless we have visitor. In-suit laundry, off street parking, share kitchen and living room area. Unfortunately, utilities are not included, it will be share 50/50. Pet can be allowed if for the right one.
