$900 · Roommate Wanted to Share 2 BDRM Mainfloor Character Suite, Fort St.

Hello! I'm looking for a like-minded person to share my 2 bdrm 1 ba mainfloor suite in a character house. The house is located on Fort St, 1 blk away from Stadacona Center. On bus routes to UVIC. Royal Jubilee and downtown are walking distance so if you work in the area you can walk/ride your bike to work! A bit about me: -26 yo female, working in project/construction management for a developer in town. -I'm quiet but also like to chat, I'm clean, respectful, easy going, I would be looking for similar values in you. -I believe our homes are our sanctuaries, a place to come to after a long day at work and relax. We should be able to coexist in a peaceful way! -I have a 7 mo old kitten, she is adorable and very entertaining. If you are not OK living with a cat then please don't apply. I also wouldn't be looking for anyone who already has a dog- if you have a cat we would have to discuss to see if it would work out. It's always a bit hit or miss introducing 2 cats to each other. A bit about you: -Female, working individual or student around the same age as me. -No pets please -Must not be allergic to cats/you should also like cats -No couples -Will require previous landlord, work and/or personal/character references -Clean, easy going person that likes living in a comfortable home! -Non-smoker/vaper About the place: -$900/month + Utilities (hydro, internet, hot water extra) -I move in August 1st. So I'm looking for someone as soon as August 15th (could pro-rate the rent for August) OR September 1st -11 month lease (ending July 31/2020) -Street parking only, common shared laundry with 2 other suites. -Bedroom can be furnished if needed.Common areas of the house will be furnished, no need to bring anything with you but of course would be open to discussion. -It's a beautiful old house with hardwood floors,tall 10ft ceilings and lots of natural light from all directions. Large living room, and large bathroom with updated sink& flooring. I don't have photos to post at the moment as the landlord is away and I don't have access to the suite until August 1.
