$650 · Roommate Needed

LOOKING FOR A NEW ROOMMATE! *$650 a month* Hello! My name is Nevada, and my roommate's name is Noella. We are looking for a third person to fill the third room in our house this upcoming May! Because the landlord doesn't allow mixed households, we are looking for a female tenant. Preferably someone that plans on staying over the summer. The rent is $650 (not including utilities, Netflix or Wi-Fi), there is a laundry room on site, but the dryer is shared with the single-person household attached to ours (the washer is separate). There is a spacious driveway for you to park your potential car. The house itself is a good size, it's very quaint and quite charming. We already have furniture throughout the rest of the house so you will just need things to furnish the room you're renting (other than a wardrobe for you to hang things, but that's it). The house is a ten-minute drive from UVic with bus routes that go to the university as well as Camosun's Interurban campus, with routes that go downtown too. As for my roommate and I, we are both 19 and just finishing up our second year at UVic. I am in the Writing and Philosophy program, Noella is in Psychology. We are both tidy and fairly quiet, neither of us smoke. We enjoy going out but are also always down to order pizza, watch scary movies, and eat popcorn.
