Hello, Homestay student/Grad Student/Or Other? This is a room in a family home :) Please read below fully before contacting me. *Pics were taken at night, apologies, you can see the large window which during the day looks out onto the garden so is v light!* From September 1st we will have a room in a large family home available. The house is 5 minutes walk from the ocean in a very desirable and peaceful part of Gordon Head. You would occupy the lower level of the house. - A bright, good-sized room on the lower level of the house. Can be unfurnished but we do currently have a high-quality bed, desk, wardrobe and TV in the room so preference would be to leave this in place. - Private washroom across the hall with shower - this is not used by the main occupants of the house - Beautiful garden out front - again this is not used by the main occupants - Shared kitchen and laundry Price includes ALL bills - if needed Internet will be $30 PM extra Things to consider: This would suit a homestay/grad student or someone who values tranquillity yet is easy going and friendly. We are the main occupants of the house and are a family of four but are out of the house all day and some evenings. The house is a 5-minute drive from UVic, steps from the Ocean and with lots of lovely walks nearby. The 12 and 27 buses run from less than a block away and can get you downtown in 20 minutes. Short term and long term rentals considered. We cannot show the room for another week but can send pictures and will be looking to meet people to see if they would be the right fit first.
