Looking for students to rent. There are two large bright first floor bedrooms with locks that can be partially furnished or unfurnished for rent each room is $700 a month unfurnished, and if they needed to be furnished that would have to be negotiated first. The kitchen and bathroom on the first floor would be the share part of the suite. The room is within walking distance to Camosun College Interurban campus and the number 30 bus is just outside the door. There is shopping a short 15 minute walk from the house and there is to rec. centers that are also within walking or riding distance .
