$950 · Room near Downtown/Cook St Village in 2 bedroom

Hi, I have one bedroom for rent in my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment near the Cook and Fort intersection for August 1st. I would like at least a 6 month commitment. Regularly, the rent is $660/month and includes hot water and heat. Hydro and internet are extra (around $50/month per person). ** For the month of August (and possibly a few months longer) I will not be living in the apartment and would prefer the roommate to pay $950/month and pay all utilities until I return. You will be given at least one week notice of my return and upon my return, the rent will go back to being split equally. So you get the place to yourself for a few months, at a much lower price than a one bedroom in this area. The unit is on the 3rd floor and is a corner unit with a large balcony. Buses to Uvic (11, 15, 14) are about a 3 minute walk away and downtown, beacon hill park and Cook St Village are about a 10 min walk away. I'm a professional female in my early 30s. I'm looking for a female roommate who is quiet, respectful and clean. And Covid-19 cautious. No pets, smoking and infrequent guests.
