$700 + internet (~20/mo). All other utilities are included. Looking for a respectful and kind person to take this good-sized room starting May 01. The room comfortably has enough space for a queen-sized bed and desk (see pictures), and a fairly large closet. This room shares the downstairs suite with two other students, one of whom is away indefinitely for the summer, and the other who is also trying to sublet for the summer (so you and a friend could take both rooms, $700 each). Room will not be furnished in May. The house is in a fantastic location between downtown and UVic, right next to Camosun College, with grocery stores within 5 minutes walk, and bus stops 1 minute away.
