ISO roommate for 2 bedroom condo. I am a 28 year old guy who is in search of a roommate for my 1200 square foot condo located on the gorge near tillicum. I work full time in the construction industry and am in search of someone who is either working or in school full time. Looking for someone clean and respectful of the place. NO parties and NO smoking of any kind NO pets ( strata rules) The condo is 2 bedrooms & 1.5 bathrooms. Includes: In-suite laundry Utilities (water,hydro,internet) Parking spot Building has a pool, hot tub, sauna and tennis court Condo is mostly furnished ( other then your bedroom) but can figure something out if you have some furniture you would like to bring. $900/ month plus a $450 refundable damage deposit.
