I am an easy going male in my 50's looking for a quiet and respectful roommate. I am offering an unfurnished large bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in a beautiful landscape building complex. The apartment is furnished except for the bedroom for rent. All utilities including unlimited internet comes with the rent. There is an attached, covered patio for outside enjoyment as well as plenty of green space around the complex and an indoor pool as well. There is parking for 1 car, garbage and recycling bins as well as washer and dryers located in the building. The building itself is located in the royal jubilee area and is close to shopping centers, Uvic, Camosun and bus lines 4, 22, 27 and 28, plus the hospital is right there. I am in recovery and value a clam, peaceful and respectful living space that is conducive to honesty and open communication. I am looking for someone that values collaboration in upkeeping the space and enjoys a simple and safe space to call their own. I have had 2 really great roommates in the 3 years I have lived here and I am now looking for my third.
