Your room includes a queen bed, desk, dresser, mirror, table, and an armoire but things could potentially be arranged differently depending on what furniture you have. You share a bathroom with one other person.

But of course, you have full use of the rest of the house which includes two living rooms, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, large private back yard.

We're close to Hillside Mall, so there are lots of amenities near by.
On 27/28 bus route and close to 22/4. Within walking distance of Camosun College.

The perfect roommate would be non-smoking, 9-5 worker or student, no kids, no pets, no vehicle, tidy, respectful, honest, does their share of chores, and gets along well with others.
Must love cats we have two Sphynx (hairless).
