 Log In needed $440 · Room for Rent in 2 floor House

Hello Victoria, unfortunately we had someone bail on us at the last moment so we are still looking for a roommate for March 1st. The room is $440 a month including internet, but + utilities and hydro. We are a big nonjudgmental house with two floors (separate living rooms, bathrooms and kitchens) and 7 people. We are an eclectic group with diverse political views that want to have more communal interactions like meals, games, and movies. The room will be furnished with a mattress/bed frame and chair. Very close to the Root Cellar, Tim Hortons, Subway, Monkey Tree, Thrifty Foods, 30 min bus ride to UVic, and close to 26, 16, 51 bus route. Send me a message about who you are and what you do.
