Offering a quiet, clean, peaceful private room in a 3-bedroom home (1 renter only). Preference for female housemate. Homestay considered. Med- to long-term only (6 mths+). Our home is in a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood, and very safe. We are surrounded by a large yard with large trees, lots of birds, and several deer. There are many large new windows facing the South, including a large glorious sundeck facing South. We live in Esquimalt, south Victoria, and buses (2-min walk) to downtown (20-30 min). Inside we have a fireplace, microwave, Italian espresso machine, flatscreen, internet (Netflix/Crave). My name is Michael (dad), and I am a career ESL teacher (13 years in Korea/China). Here in Victoria, I am a local school teacher (French/ESL). I live with my wonderful, low-key16-year-old daughter, who is not often home. If you are quiet, respectful, keep fairly regular hours, do not smoke or abuse substances, I invite you to come and check it out.
