$650 Single room for rent Located in Colwood on a quiet cul-de-sac 20 min walk to Royal Roads University 20 min walk to Westshore mall 3 min walk to Hately Park Plaza 2 min walk to nearest bus station -Room includes a single bed thats just over 6ft long, a dresser/closet/shelf and a minifridge -Shared Bathrooms(2) and 2 showers aswell but one is tiny and will be shared with other members of the household -Includes all utilities, heat, hydro and free Wifi -Shared common areas upstairs(living room, dining room, kitchen) -Central heating furnace for the whole house(space heater can be provided for winter when needed) -Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer that is shared with everyone in the house. -Shared garden, backyard deck area and outdoor space -Lots of street parking in front and behind the house -No smoking in house -No pets AVAILABLE WHEN DEC. 15TH There are currently 5 members living in the house but 2 of them are sparse Looking for someone whos quiet, respectful and easy going.
