$800 · Room Available in Apartment

I'm looking for a roommate to share my two-bedroom apartment with. The apartment is located in Langford. I believe the building was built sometime around 2010 so the apartment is fairly new and the appliances are up to date. The apartment also features in-suite laundry and comes with one parking spot. The living room is already furnished but you will need to furnish the bedroom yourself. The bedroom is currently empty and available to be moved in to any time. About me: I'm a 31-year-old guy currently working as a freelance writer. I'm pretty laid back, not a big partier but I do have some friends over from time to time. I'm a big Canucks fan so bonus points if you are too so I have someone to watch the games with. My standards for a roommate are pretty basic. All I ask is that you're neat, pay the rent on time and easy to get along with. Also, please no smoking of any kind and there are no pets allowed in the building. Your half of the rent would be $800.
